That’s nearly half the calories an average child would need to consume in a day, more than the recommended daily dose of sugar, and 54 percent of suggested daily sodium.

Instead: Get a 4-Piece Chicken McNugget meal with Honey, Apple Slices, and 1% Milk. While the nuggets still have 360 calories, accompanying them with fruit and milk make this a more sensible meal.
