Why does everything have to be placed into the same room? I can’t even count how many times I’ve been in the shower and had someone knocking for me to hurry so they could pee. It makes sense to have a separate room for just the toilet. And it keeps the smells contained!

I’ve never seen a better sink in a bathroom in the US. Some look pretty cool, but are nowhere near as functional. I think I’d rather have function over form… Sorry Martha Stewart! Or whoever is designing those things.

This one seems a little odd to me, and in fact, when I went to Japan, this one took a while to get used to. But once I did, oh wow! Game changer! It’s so nice and relaxing to be able to sit and wash yourself. And there’s no fear of falling when the bottom gets soapy!
